Slender Man

Slender Man

I saw this one on Reddit, and I think it would make an awesome game, if it was done right.

Smile Dog

Smile Dog 01

One of my favorite types of threads are creepy image threads. The only problem is that everybody always posts the same images. Thankfully, some people, such as deviant artist Snook-8 are more than willing to create some original content.

Suzy’s Notebook – The Slender Man

Little Suzy would spend hours sitting in the park, coloring in her little notebook. Then one day, little Suzy was gone, and all we ever found, was her notebook, filled with wondrous drawings…

I think I’m going to make a few of these with different monsters that little Suzy could have seen before she disappeared. This one was more or less a test, since a faceless man who wears all black is also pretty much the easiest thing to draw.

Slendermation

Slender Man

I had an idea, wanna try my hand at animation. Started off with this as just a test to see how it would look. I think I need a lot more crayons, and possibly a better scanner. Hit the jump for the animated version

New Evidence on the Slender Man

Obama Vs Slender Man 01

After reviewing previous pictures of this elusive creature, I have discovered that perhaps it’s not the Slender Man we should be afraid of. In fact, it appears that there is something even more frightful in many of these pictures…

Slenderman And Minecraft

I started playing on a new server a couple days ago.  It’s a server that allows griefing,  murder, and theft.  It really changes the game a little when you know that everybody else in the game is probably going to kill your and take your stuff.  It’s still quite a bit of fun though, and I had ensured that my base is pretty well hidden, and that everything of value is hidden even more.

Not as Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark

In a bout of nostalgia, I started looking around on Amazon, when I looked up the Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark books.  The first thing I noticed was that I couldn’t find the cover with the awesomely creepy Stephen Grammell art.  Then I discovered that they were reprinted, but with a new artist.

Proxy: A Slender Man Story

Now this is how you make a Slender Man video, you take the mythos of the creature, and then make it your own. Yes, Marble Hornets is a great series, but you don’t have to just copy them.

During this video (I’m not counting the credits), you will not see one Operator symbol, or any other poorly drawn message. There are no guys in masks running around. It does not try to shoehorn in any other creepypastas. It’s not found footage or shakey cam.

What it does do, is provide a nice quality story with pretty good production of a man who discovers something in some old pictures, which drives him deeper and deeper into a waking nightmare.

Happy Halloween

While Trick or Treating, remember to put fresh batteries in your flashlight, and if you see a tall man with tentacles and no face, run.

It’s Halloween Time!!

I used to love these books as a kid (Read as, I still love these books!”). The stories, combined with Stephen Gammell’s super creepy illustrations were the scariest things that I had ever seen. Now, adding the voice of George S. Irving just makes it all the more terrifying.
